What services do you offer?

At LoweGear, we offer a wide range of high-quality decoration methods to bring your vision to life:

• Screen Printing – Perfect for bold, vibrant designs on apparel and promotional items. Minimum order: 6 pieces.

• Embroidery – Ideal for a professional, stitched finish on hats, polos, jackets, and more. Minimum order: 6 pieces. Please contact a representative to get started.

• Direct to Film (DTF) – Great for detailed, full-color prints with excellent durability and flexibility. Minimum order: 6 pieces.

• Direct to Garment (DTG) – Best for soft, photo-quality prints on cotton garments. Minimum order: 6 pieces.

• Sublimation – Excellent for full-color, all-over prints on polyester garments and hard surfaces. Minimum order: 6 pieces.

• Embossing – Adds a raised, dimensional effect for a premium, tactile finish—great for leather and specialty products. Please contact a representative for minimum order requirements.

• Engraving – Offers a precise, permanent mark for awards, drinkware, metal, wood, and more. Please contact a representative for minimum order requirements.

Print sizes for screen printing may vary depending on the garment and design, but please note that our maximum print area is 15″ x 18″. Anything larger cannot be accommodated.

We do not charge setup fees for Apparel Screen Printing, Direct to Film (DTF), Sublimation, or Direct to Garment (DTG) decoration.

However, Promotional Products and Embroidery may require a setup fee to establish the decoration process. These fees are typically small and vary by item. Please reach out to a team member to see if your specific order requires one.

We’re happy to accept customer supplied garments. However, since we do not source these items ourselves, we can only take responsibility for the decoration, not the garment itself. We recommend checking with us before supplying your own items – we receive wholesale pricing on apparel and, when garments are purchased through us, we provide a 100% guarantee on both the garment and the decoration.

We can customize a wide range of items including t-shirts, polos, hats, jackets, bags, drinkware, signage, and thousands of Promotional Products from trusted brands.

Yes, minimums vary depending on the product and decoration method. Typically, Screen Printing starts at 6 pieces, while Embroidery and Promotional items may vary. Reach out for specifics on your project.

Absolutely! Our in-house design team can assist with art setup, adjustments, and full custom design to make sure your branding looks its best.

 

We prefer vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or high-resolution PDFs. However, we can work with most formats and will reach out if adjustments are needed.

 

You can get started by requesting a quote, calling us, or submitting your details through our website. A team member will follow up to guide you through the process from start to finish.

 

Standard turnaround is typically 7–10 business days after final artwork approval and payment. Rush services may be available — just ask!

Yes! Blank or printed samples can be provided upon request. Additional fees may apply for custom samples.
